" Francisco, Dan and Gary carried out several pieces of work for me including taking down a wall, removing a massive stone fireplace and rebuilding a new fireplace, plastering all my ceilings and fireplace and doing lots of electrical works including fixing some problems created by another electrician (not part of FM Construction). In all areas I could not fault Francisco and his team. They have been so helpful, polite, tidy and hard-working and the quality of the finish in all areas is outstanding. I really can't recommend them highly enough. "

" Fran was recommended to us by our Architect and was polite and helpful from the start. His team are brilliant, friendly, clean and hard working. We always felt that we could raise concerns and Fran was always responsive. We had a large amount of work done including a loft extension & full remodelling of the upstairs. For the most part we were living there and never had any concerns with the team being in the house or around our children. The standard of work has been excellent. The best thing about working with Fran is his problem solving. Challenges inevitably come up but Fran would be super calm about how to work around them, making suggestions that balanced quality & price. He gave views when asked on design and this has created a beautiful space that we love. Occasionally there were fewer people than we hoped for on site but we appreciated that bottlenecks in materials etc does create some ups and downs. They did arrive on time & certainly hit the ground running! "

" An architect drew up the plans for the renovations which included removal of external and internal walls, underfloor heating, kitchen renovation and installation of a new downstairs WC, new bathroom renovation upstairs, new windows and much more. We added quite a bit of additional work from the first quote as well as Fran identifying issues that needed addressing along the way. Which Fran kept us informed of costs, and all the additional hard work the team did really paid off. Fran and his team took it all in their stride and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the end result. "

" Francisco and his team did a fantastic job on our loft conversion (master bedroom and ensuite with a dormer) in our Victorian Terrace. We were told by other builders that it couldn't be done due to the ceiling height but Francisco showed us a way that he could lower the floor that complied with building regulations and made it happen. Francisco provided a quote quickly and also showed me round some of his previous and current projects which was very reassuring. Francisco cleverly designed the whole space and explained what would happen at each point of the build. The build came in on time and within budget and our requirements were adhered to throughout. The team were on time in the mornings and very courteous and respectful of our space. We are very pleased with the end result and the slight issue we had a few months later Francisco sorted quickly and efficiently. "

" Could not fault anything about Fran and his team. They were very professional, polite and met targets required despite having our loft converted during the first lock down. Always happy to answer questions and change details/ spec etc no matter what stage of the design. Left the site clean and tidy and Always felt 100% safe leaving our house in his hands. Highly recommend, and happy to give individual references to anyone who has shortlisted him for the job. "
